    In the process of PETG/APET products, the width of the sheets limit the processing efficiency.Sheets with wider-width can effectively reduce the changing time and human cost.And the demands of wide width sheets can not be met in time, because of technical limitations,.According to customer urgent demand, Jiaou New Material has completed the design of wide sheet extruder based on the cooperation between technical team and equipment manufacturer.The new line has been put into production successfully recently.The production of 2050MM*3050MM and other specifications of products, can successfully fill the gap in the European and American market.

     PETG sheets does not contain BPA and is more environmentally friendly than PET, so it has a unique competitive advantage in the field of food and medical.At the same time, PETG sheet has excellent light transmittance, impact resistance, light weight and yellowing resistance.So they are widely used in outdoor billboards, POP displayand home&commercial decoration materials.
